The Neshoba County Road Department extends a warm welcome to everyone visiting our web site. We welcome your visit to Neshoba County and invite you to ride the almost 730 miles of roads on the Neshoba County Road System. Neshoba County is a place of beautiful scenery, great recreation, opportunity for work and wholesome family life indicative of the south.

The Neshoba County Road Department is responsible for all county roads that will carry you to your destination within the county. We also maintain all county bridges. We perform other functions as directed by the Board of Supervisors such as mosquito control and the set-up for all public elections. The Neshoba County Road Department is also responsible for the once per week pick up of solid waste in the unincorporated areas of  the county.

We want you to know that we are at your service and are doing our best to give you a smooth and safe ride so that you will enjoy your visit or stay.When you are traveling the roads of Neshoba County and you see our crews working please use care when around construction zones. Our crews are working hard to improve your roads and bridges of Neshoba County.

The Neshoba County road system is composed of 726.94 miles. State highways,U. S. highways and BIA roads are not included in this total.
