NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 65-7-121 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors hereby give notice of a public hearing, to be held pursuant to a petition to abandon a public road, County Road 1505. The public hearing to be held on Monday, September 21st, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Room in the Neshoba County Courthouse, 401 E Beacon Street, Philadelphia, Mississippi, in Neshoba County. Notice is further given that the purpose of said public hearing is to decide whether or not it is in the public interest and convenience to close and abandon County Road 1505. The Board further notices that responses via email to info@neshobacounty.net or letters to Neshoba County Board of Supervisors, 401 E Beacon Street, Suite 201, Philadelphia, Mississippi 39350 will be considered as responsive during said public hearing.
