NESHOBA COUNTY NOTICE OF JOB OPENING
Neshoba County is now accepting applications for the position of County Veteran Services Officer.
This position is responsible for assisting veterans, dependents, and survivors in obtaining federal and state veterans’ benefits and must meet the qualifications established under Miss. Code Ann. § 35‑3‑21, including being either: (a) an honorably discharged or honorably released veteran or (b) the surviving spouse or child of any such veteran, living or deceased. The County Veteran Services Officer is required annually to obtain certification by the Mississippi State Veterans Affairs Board.
