The Neshoba County Board of Supervisors, during their regular meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026, appointed Johnny Beckwith to fill the remaining term of Supervisor Obbie Riley who passed away on September 19, 2026.
After the appointment, Circuit Judge Chris Posey administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Beckwith who was joined by his wife Sandra.
Supervisor Beckwith will serve the remainder of the unexpired term which ends on January 3, 2028.
