Westside Park
Westside Park, located in the city off Carver Avenue on the west side of town, is the location for the public swimming pool, another playground, outdoor basketball courts and the Westside Community Center. This center was completely renovated as part of a 6 Million dollar total park system expansion & renovation.
Pick-up basketball is a frequent activity at Westside Park, and the pool is the only public pool in town. The community center is probably the park's main feature. Used for family reunions, weddings, and singing, it's also the home of the Miss Black Neshoba County beauty pageant each year.
