Kinsey Smith is serving his first term as Neshoba County District Three Supervisor. Kinsey was elected in November, 2011. Kinsey and his wife, Linda the former Linda Estes of Louisville, MS have three children. A son, Jesse and his wife, Brandi Bates Smith and a son Kooper. Daughters, Lee Smith, and Laura and her husband Will Rouse.
Kinsey has been self employed for over 40 years. He has been active in the Neshoba County Farm Bureau, Tucker Fire Department and other community service groups for many years. He is a former member of The Neshoba County Public School Board of Trustees.
